Return & refund policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for paid services offered by Quiphraldhar. It sits alongside our terms of use and any booking confirmation that lists specific dates or fees.
Scope
This policy applies to paid services such as consultations, workshops, coaching blocks, or packaged programmes sold by Quiphraldhar. Free website content is not a “service” under this policy. If you purchased through a partner platform, their terms may also apply to payment routing.
Cooling-off and statutory rights
Where mandatory consumer laws in your country grant a cooling-off period for distance contracts, we honour that period from the date of purchase unless a service has been fully performed with your express prior request and acknowledgement, or an exemption applies under local law.
New Zealand consumers may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 when services are supplied in trade. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable statutory rights.
Cancellations before delivery
For scheduled sessions, you may cancel at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time to receive a full refund of any prepaid amount, unless your booking confirmation specifies a different window for a promotional rate.
Cancellations with shorter notice may incur a fee up to the value of the reserved session, except where we can fill the slot or you demonstrate an emergency we reasonably accept.
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance and an alternative slot is available. Additional reschedules may attract a reasonable administration fee disclosed before confirmation.
We may reschedule on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances; in that case we offer a new time or a refund of the affected portion at your choice.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend and do not notify us, fees for that session may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation. If you contact us promptly with a credible reason (for example sudden illness), we will work with you in good faith.
Partial delivery and package stops
Multi-session packages are priced as a bundle. If you stop early by mutual written agreement, we refund unused sessions on a pro-rata basis within fourteen days of approval. Bank processing may add additional days before funds appear.
If we terminate for breach of our terms, refunds follow what those terms permit.
Service not as described
If a session cannot be delivered substantially as described due to our fault, you may choose rescheduling or a refund of the affected portion. We may first offer a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue unless an immediate refund is clearly appropriate.
Digital materials
Downloadable summaries or recordings may be treated as consumed once delivered to your inbox or account. Refunds for digital goods apply only where required by law or where a file is defective and cannot be replaced.
Refunds to your payment method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Currency differences or bank fees from intermediaries are outside our control. We confirm refund approvals in writing with an internal reference number.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter. Unfounded chargebacks may affect eligibility for future bookings.
How to request a refund or return
Email assist@quiphraldhar.world with your booking reference, purchase date, and a short explanation. We acknowledge within three working days and aim to decide within ten working days.
